RSL Tractor road track and field graders, a smooth journey or full of potholes?
Can farm tracks be repaired cheaply, yes with a little and often approach.

Farm tracks, forest tracks, potholes, backache, suspension damage etc. Whatever way you look at it rough tracks are a pain. I have been making equipment for years that can fill in potholes and roll them or level tracks, none to great success. About 3 years ago i needed to level some rutted areas in a field. I designed and we made a grader for my compact tractor, It worked great. i thought lets try and sell it, i worked out what the sales price would be and thought, we don't stand a chance of selling one! I was proved wrong though, with nothing to lose i added the listing to Ebay and our own shop site and website. The compact tractor grader became a nice little seller. The feedback that we had was, although there were other much cheaper options on the market, our grader did it all and it is built to last you a lifetime. This is the key part. To make a grader work you need weight, where others on the market are built to a cost and may have more mass market appeal the RSL grader is strong and heavy. The graders are all internally ballasted as well to increase their effectiveness.
Roll on to December 2024, We had been asked a few times, "do you make bigger ones?" i thought lets have a go. With a larger unit we could do more with the design and increase again the effectiveness such as adding the hydraulic camber control and the full width vibrating wacker plate. Repairing roads and tracks has never been easier or more cost effective. So far i have been out and completed many demos and thankfully the majority of customers have purchased. The usual comment being "it's done more than i thought it would" In my eyes that is a great compliment. Farmers and contractors now have a cost effective option for repairing their own tracks. Most farmers recognised straight away that tickling the tracks with a little and often approach, the RSL grader allows this as tracks can be maintained quickly and easily. The journey has been smooth and the future looks to be pothole free!
Roll on to August 2026, We now have other options for the graders such as: Full width magnet, saddle weights to increase weight on the tine bar and extension hopper. We have also developed a foklift mount push grader for mini loaders, skidsteers and standard counterbalance fork trucks. The future looks smooth for the RSL Grader range
